Equipment

Requirements

To train with this squad, swimmers are required to:

  • Satisfy the head coach that you are suitable, including being mentally and physically ready

  • Attend at least 4 classes per week (on average)

  • Have achieved Junior Excellence and/or State level qualifying times.

  • Be a registered competitive member of M1 Swimming Club and compete at selected competitions

  • Represent the club at all Victorian Championships meets (individual/relay events)

  • Be approximately 12-14 years of age

  • Embrace squad culture

  • Attend team meetings and check communications from coaches

  • Demonstrate independance

Training times

Swimmers may attend any/all of the following classes:

Monday
5.00-6.30pm MARC
Tuesday 5.00-6.30pm MARC
Wednesday 5.45-7.15am Huntingtower
Thursday 5.00-6.30pm MARC
Friday 5.45-7.15am Huntingtower
